The first thing that grabs my attention is how they focus on benefits for the customers:

Immediately we get the feeling that we’re going to be taken care of. And who doesn’t want to feel safe and secure while achieving maximum productivity?

Another reason why I chose Slack because - surprise, surprise - they, too, use a pinch of humor in their messaging. Take a look at what I see every day when I open my chat:

Don’t judge me, but sometimes I do use that space to have meaningful conversations with myself. It just becomes tiring after a while because of all that providing both sides of the conversation.

I discovered this cough drops manufacturer on Instagram and they immediately caught my attention. You’d say, ok, what’s so special about a cough drop company anyway?

Turns out a lot - especially when they have a great marketing team in their lines. Just look at their Instagram post from a while ago:

Here, it’s not just the humorous aspect of their copywriting. What I love most about their post is that they’ve taken a scene from a very recent movie and used it as part of their marketing campaign. I mean, if these two aren’t the “it” guys of 2022/2023 movies, then I’ll kick myself in the elbow.

Omsom’s punchline: Proud, Loud Asian Flavors. Need I say more about their creativity? The name actually comes from a Vietnamese phrase that means noisy, riotous, unruly and that’s exactly how the two founders describe themselves.
